Vignesh Guda Sah Obituary - Vignesh Guda Sah Death - Vignesh Guda Sah and 20Yrs Undergraduate Student Died by Suicide at Ashoka University at Rai in Haryana’s Sonepat

Sonepat, Haryana – In a separate but equally tragic incident at Ashoka University in Rai, a 20-year-old first-year student from Telangana fell to his death from the 10th floor of a university hostel on Friday night.

The incident, which took place under mysterious circumstances, has left the university community in shock and mourning. According to police reports, the student, whose identity has not yet been officially released, was found in a critical condition on the campus premises.

A suicide note was reportedly discovered in his hostel room, suggesting the possibility of self-harm. University officials immediately rushed him to a nearby hospital via ambulance, but doctors declared him brought dead upon arrival.

Authorities are now investigating the case to determine whether it was a case of suicide or if other factors were involved. The student’s family has been informed, and their statements are being recorded as part of the investigation.

An official spokesperson for Ashoka University expressed deep sorrow over the tragic event, stating, “We are deeply saddened by this unfortunate loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with the student’s family during this difficult time. We are fully cooperating with the police in their investigation and ensuring that our students receive the necessary emotional and psychological support.”

The discovery of the two student deaths within hours of each other has left many questions unanswered. University authorities and law enforcement are now working together to understand the events leading up to these tragic incidents.

While the suicide note recovered from the first-year student’s room provides some insight into his state of mind, investigators are considering all possible angles, including academic pressure, personal issues, and any external influences that may have played a role.

Students and faculty members have expressed concerns over mental health awareness and support services on campus. Many believe that universities should focus on providing more accessible counseling services and a safer environment to ensure student well-being.

The post-mortem examination of both students will provide further insights into the causes of death. Meanwhile, Ashoka University has assured its community that all necessary measures will be taken to prevent such tragic incidents in the future. The investigation remains ongoing as authorities strive to provide answers and closure to the grieving families.
